A stainless steel bathtub offering excellent durability and heat retention
The bathtub is made of stainless steel, which has low thermal conductivity, and is sprayed with a thick layer of insulation material. The bottom, which supports the weight of the hot water and tub occupants, has a double bottom with rigid urethane sandwiched in between to increase both durability and heat retention. In addition, stainless steel is easy to clean as it undergoes little discoloration or surface deterioration.
A premium stainless steel bathtub made with time and care
This special stainless steel bathtub is a Takara standard original. The bottom and body have a #400 finish that achieves a mirror-like luster. All of it is polished by hand by craftsmen. The flange area has a special hairline finish. Because the tub is made from inorganic material, even people who are sensitive to chemicals can bathe comfortably.

Takara standard bathrooms are built with sturdy frames to provide secure support, ensuring they are highly earthquake resistant, even against vibrations equivalent to seismic intensity of 6+.
